Email Communications Notice

Effective date: 1st April 2026

Applies to: Email communications sent by Peraison Group LLP and its related bodies corporate, affiliates, subsidiaries, and controlled entities (together, “Peraison”, “we”, “us” or “our”) using email domains owned, operated, or authorised by us.
 

1. Purpose of this notice

This Email Communications Notice explains the basis on which email messages sent by or on behalf of Peraison are issued, received, and relied upon. It applies to all email messages, attachments, and links transmitted by us unless a specific communication expressly states otherwise.
 

2. Confidentiality

Emails from Peraison may contain confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, or legally privileged information. They are intended only for the named recipient(s). If you are not the intended recipient, you must not read, copy, disclose, distribute, rely on, or use the message or any attachment in any way.

If you have received a message in error, please notify the sender immediately by return email and permanently delete the message and any attachments from your systems.
 

3. No waiver of rights

No failure to mark a communication as confidential or privileged constitutes a waiver of confidentiality, legal privilege, or any other right of Peraison.
 

4. Accuracy and completeness

Email is not a secure or error-free medium. Messages may be intercepted, corrupted, delayed, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or altered in transmission. While we take reasonable steps to protect our communications, we do not represent that any email, attachment, or link is secure, error-free, free of malicious code, or fit for any particular purpose.

Unless expressly confirmed by us in a formally issued document or written agreement signed or approved by an authorised representative, we do not accept responsibility for errors, omissions, corruption, interception, or unauthorised alteration occurring after transmission.
 

5. Cybersecurity and attachments

You are responsible for carrying out your own virus, malware, and security checks on any email, attachment, or link before opening or using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peraison excludes liability for any loss, damage, disruption, or unauthorised access arising from electronic transmission, malicious code, or reliance on email-delivered files or links.
 

6. No contract formed by email

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement executed by an authorised representative of Peraison, no email:

• creates a binding contract;

• constitutes acceptance of an offer;

• amends an existing contract;

• waives any right; or

• creates any commitment, warranty, representation, or obligation on behalf of Peraison.

Any purchase, sale, scope, delivery commitment, pricing, service level, implementation commitment, or commercial arrangement is subject to formal written agreement and our applicable terms.
 

7. Professional and advisory communications

Any views, commentary, analysis, recommendations, or information provided by email are provided solely for the purpose stated in the relevant message and may be based on limited information available at the time. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• email communications are not intended to be a complete statement of advice;

• email communications should not be treated as a substitute for tailored professional advice given under a formal engagement;

• no client, adviser, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created solely by an email exchange; and

• no reliance should be placed on an email as the sole basis for making legal, financial, tax, commercial, operational, technical, or investment decisions.
   

Any formal advice, opinion, deliverable, or recommendation issued by Peraison is subject to the engagement terms agreed with the client and must be read in full, together with any assumptions, limitations, exclusions, qualifications, and scope restrictions stated in that deliverable.
 

8. Product and service information

Information about our products, services, pricing, features, roadmaps, timelines, technical capabilities, availability, and suitability may change without notice and is provided for general business discussion only unless expressly identified as a final approved proposal or signed written commitment.

Demonstrations, sample outputs, estimates, implementation approaches, performance projections, and compatibility statements are indicative only and may depend on assumptions, third-party systems, customer environments, and agreed scope.
 

9. Opinions and personal views

Unless clearly stated otherwise, any opinions expressed in an email are those of the sender and do not necessarily represent the views of Peraison. Employees and representatives are not authorised to make defamatory statements, infringe third-party rights, or issue commitments outside their delegated authority.
 

10. Monitoring and security

To protect our people, clients, systems, confidential information, and business operations, Peraison may monitor, filter, scan, record, retain, review, and analyse email communications and related metadata in accordance with applicable law, our security controls, and our privacy practices.
 

11. Data protection and privacy

We process personal information contained in or relating to email communications for legitimate business purposes, including relationship management, service delivery, account administration, legal and regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, quality assurance, records management, and business operations.

12. Marketing communications

Where an email is sent for marketing or promotional purposes, it is subject to the marketing preferences, consent, and unsubscribe options stated in that communication and in our Privacy Notice. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe using the link provided in the relevant marketing email or by contacting us at info@peraison.com.
 

13. Third-party content and links

Emails may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or content for convenience only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Peraison does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party sites or services.
 

14. Governing terms

If you are a client, supplier, partner, or other counterparty of Peraison, your relationship with us is governed by the contract, engagement letter, statement of work, order form, or terms and conditions applicable to that relationship. If there is any inconsistency between this notice and your signed written agreement with us, the signed written agreement prevails.
 

15. Reliance on advice

Unless expressly issued as a formal written deliverable under an agreed engagement, any email content is preliminary in nature, may not reflect all relevant facts, assumptions, risks, limitations, or qualifications, and must not be relied upon as professional advice. Formal opinions and recommendations are provided only in accordance with the relevant statement of work, engagement letter, and governing terms.
 

16. Technology and product information

Product specifications, implementation approaches, integrations, technical guidance, security positions, and roadmap commentary shared by email are illustrative and subject to testing, customer environment dependencies, contractual scope, third-party constraints, and formal documentation. No warranty, service commitment, service level, compatibility statement, or implementation obligation is created by email unless expressly set out in a signed written agreement.
