Peraison helped PokitPal protect its cashback platform and give retail partners clearer visibility of member spending by delivering near real-time fraud monitoring and embedded self-serve dashboards.

 

As transaction volumes grew across registered merchants, the platform needed to identify suspicious patterns quickly and intervene before any financial harm occurred. At the same time, retail partners wanted faster visibility of how members were behaving in-store: spend trends over time, transaction volumes, and average basket size, without relying on the PokitPal team to answer routine reporting requests.

 

Peraison built a near real-time data pipeline, automated fraud detection, and partner-specific dashboards embedded directly in the PokitPal admin portal.

 

This gave retail partners timely insight into engagement and value, reduced inbound enquiries, and strengthened the platform experience that supports retention and new partner acquisition without PokitPal needing to build an internal data team.
